This website is operated by the HRA as a community service. Residents and tenants can become a member of the Hockering Community Website. Once the application has been approved, members can log-in and use the members’ area of the website in addition to the public areas, although there are areas where members may have restricted access. This site relies upon the information provided by members as being accurate and assumes that the user has ownership or relevant permission to use any images or material published. The HRA takes no responsibility or liability of any kind regarding the contents of the material displayed. This includes any information provided by advertisers who may from time to time publish on this site. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

You grant the HRA (and others authorised by the HRA) the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, translate and distribute any material you place on this website. The HRA reserves the right (but undertakes no duty) to review, edit, move or delete any material on this website, at its sole discretion. Any material placed on this website which appears to cause offence or distress to any resident will be removed as soon as we are aware of the situation. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. Any malicious damage or sabotage to the website will invoke an invoice to the relevant person for the amount necessary to rectify the situation and in any event will attract a minimum charge of £100+VAT.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

Neither the HRA nor its members, shall be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues, lost profits, or loss of economic advantage, resulting from the use or misuse of information published on this website. You agree to indemnify and hold the HRA Association, including its Trustees, Officers and Committee Members harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including all legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
